Completing a PADI Specialty Course is a great achievement and an important step in your diving journey. You’ve gained new skills, experience, and confidence in a specific area of diving.
Once you complete your specialty course, your instructor will submit your certification to PADI. Your official PADI eCard will be available in the PADI App within 24 hours, allowing you to use your certification immediately. A physical certification card is optional and, if ordered, usually arrives by mail within 1–3 weeks. There’s no need to wait — your eCard is your valid proof of certification.
