Training then moves into practical skill sessions where you’ll practice responding to emergency situations in a controlled, supportive environment. The emphasis is on building confidence, awareness, and the ability to act calmly when it matters most.

  • EFR study materials (manual or digital)

  • Instructor-led explanations and demonstrations

  • Scenario-based practical training

All materials are designed to be easy to understand and applied directly during practice.
